Finance

• A respectable PG-degree or equivalent professional qualification in finance, including CA, MBA, CFA or CAIIB
• Sound knowledge of intricacies of project finance, operational banking and accounting principles
• Experience of at least one year in actual handling of project financing
• Persons with proven track record in preparing complex project reports through custom spreadsheets and/or successfully liaising with financial institutions may expect higher package -and perhaps a share in the billing
• Persons possessing less effective experience may be considered for Jr. positions.

HRD

• Possess respectable professional degrees in HRD / Industrial Engineering / General Management or equivalent education
• Well-read, well-versed in contemporary management theories and practices
• Can confidently coordinate workshops and seminars and identify and liaise with respectable faculty and perhaps conduct successful training programmes him/herself.
• Can consult for HRD, training and development
• Command popular presentation packages
• Possess good exposure to Infotech; thoroughly know a word processor and are Internet literate
• Can market training workshops and management retreats
• Have proven experience in HRD/Training and development of about two years

Marketing

We have a range of openings for experienced market professionals, both junior and senior. And a range of products and services to market from. Even those that may want to take up freelance marketing or liaison for us are welcome to contact the Director HR.

• For senior placement, candidates should possess professional degrees in Marketing / Management or equivalent education. Juniors may be graduates.
• Possess good exposure to Infotech / concept selling / creative marketing
• Can consult for marketing, distribution channel, product positioning, pricing, negotiating
• Are socially mobile and active; possess a nose for market news and current affairs
• Can identify potential markets and customers and know how to find their way to them
• Have proven experience in marketing, sourcing and servicing, for at least two years

Vice President -IT Division

This is a senior position reporting to MD and calls for excellent managerial capabilities including coordination, leadership and a heightened sense of responsibility. Of course, he/she would be an IT professional parexcellence. Prior similar work experience is compulsory.

• Possess good exposure to Infotech Projects Management
• Is a very systematic and organized person
• Is a voracious seeker of knowledge, reading, attending seminars and updating knowledge otherwise
• Will oversee and co-ordinate the timely completion of IT projects
• Will lead and mobilize the team from the front
• Can handle marketing, product positioning, pricing, negotiating deals
• Is academically mobile and active; possesses a nose for the emerging standards and tools
• Can canvass potential customers and is adept at negotiations
• Excellent communicating and coordinating skills
• Is a good task master; knows how to take constructive work with good humour

Web Professionals

Various professionals are required with varying skills and experience as given below. The skills may range from client side programming and graphics to server side management. A minimum of one year's hands-on experience in Web-related work is compulsory for all positions. Please specify skills available and indicate which of these skills you possess - and in what measure..

• BEs/MCAs/graduates with diplomas in software engineering /computer science or equivalent education -with specific focus on Web / e-com tools
• Possess sound knowledge and experience of Web design and development, e-Commerce components
• Capable of independently developing highly functional corporate Sites
• Seniors must be thorough at Web-server management, preferably on LINUX / ASP, MTS, JSP, JDBC, Java Servlets 
• Proven experience of scripting languages like HTML,DHTML, CGI scripts, JavaScript, Perl, PHP
• Good experience of back-end tools like Oracle and SQL server
• Have relevant experience in Web Designing / Web Administration / Web Server [ IIS / NT ]

Graphic Designers

• Degree / Diploma in computer or web graphics from a respectable institution - preferably with a diploma / degree in fine arts from a respectable institution
• Working knowledge of MS Office /Lotus SmartSuite
• Excellent visualizing / conceptualizing abilities
• Adept in computer graphic development tools including CoralDraw, PageMaker, PhotoShop, Illustrator..
• Possessing a profound sense of aesthetics of style, colour and design
• Preference to those familiar with Web-design and multi-media and DTP
• At least one year's experience in similar areas

Accounts

• Bachelor of commerce or more, preferably with InterCA, M.Com
• Very sound knowledge of accounting principles, everyday tax laws, corporate laws
• Working knowledge of DOS, Windows and a spreadsheet/ database package
• Thoroughly familiar with computerized accounting and FAS
• Worked on a popular package [like Tally, Busy, Ex etc] for at least a year
• An organized and methodical person
• Is good at spoken English and Gujarati

Knowledge Management

These are two unique positions for the knowledge lovers. They are paid for learning more! One Knowledge Officer for Management Division and the other for IT. The former should look for knowledge of products, processes, machineries, markets and industries and the latter for the latest in software [freeware, shareware, paidware], substitutes, trends, developments. Their role comprises seeking, documenting and harnessing external knowledge into the Company and writing dossiers, integrating this knowledge in the Company's work. Both need to be thorough at MS Office, MS Projects, Net-surfing and Mail management. Both should be voracious readers and excellent writers -in English. And perhaps good verbal communicators. In special cases MANFIN may also consider freelancers for these roles.

• Brilliant management graduates/ BEs / MCA/ PG in any discipline preferably with a degree /diploma in computer applications
• Quintessential learners, ever hungry for knowledge - yet focused in objective
• Avid Netsurfers who thoroughly understand Internet tools including browsing, power surfing, uploading, downloading, e-mailing, mailing-lists and mail-server management
• Typically they read a lot, attend seminars, participate in discussion groups / newsgroups etc., subscribe to a lot of e-zines and command a massive knowledge resource bank on -and off - the Net
• Have an aptitude for conducting research, sifting and storing knowledge
• Habitual readers of Management or Infotech writings and fully capable of effectively speaking and writing on allied subjects; posses good copy-writing and editing skills
• At least one year's relevant or helpful experience

Public Relations

For this position we are looking for a smart, tactful, experienced and connected person. He may also operate on free lance basis privately.Essentially we want him for developing business lines for marketing our products / services.

• Bachelor's degree
• Preferably some computer background
• "Smell" the market-place, customers and regulators and find way to them
• Absolutely proven experience in relations building, marketing, sourcing, servicing and path-finding.
• Well-versed in the corporate and governmental procedures and etiquette
• Have a flair for marketing, are socially mobile and active
• Maintain liaison with the Press and the media in general
• Current affairs buffs; carry a  nose for market news

• Young, smart male or female 
• Fluent in spoken English and Gujarati, capable of writing English independently
