Knowledge Management

These are two unique positions for the knowledge lovers. They are paid for learning more! One Knowledge Officer for Management Division and the other for IT. The former should look for knowledge of products, processes, machineries, markets and industries and the latter for the latest in software [freeware, shareware, paidware], substitutes, trends, developments. Their role comprises seeking, documenting and harnessing external knowledge into the Company and writing dossiers, integrating this knowledge in the Company's work. Both need to be thorough at MS Office, MS Projects, Net-surfing and Mail management. Both should be voracious readers and excellent writers -in English. And perhaps good verbal communicators. In special cases MANFIN may also consider freelancers for these roles.

Bankers

This is a unique position. Though this is a salaried offer, we can consider a profit sharing arrangement for the deserving. Depending upon his stature he can be positioned to build and lead a financial intermediation division for a variety of consumer financing options. He is expected to develop liaison with a variety of lending agencies and institutions. Much of this work involves use of IT  and the Web for which adequate in-house support exists.
